Meet Morgan Simpson

Morgan Simpson is originally from Sutherland, Nebraska, and is a Level 1 Certified Stretch Therapist with a deep passion for fitness, movement, and overall mental and physical wellness.

She is currently majoring in Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and works as a Provisionally Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (PLADC), with plans to transition fully into the mental health field.

Her background has shaped the way she looks at wellness through a holistic lens, recognizing the important connection between caring for the mind and caring for the body.

Being active in the gym is a major part of Morgan's life and has given her firsthand appreciation for the importance of recovery, mobility, and intentional self-care.

She views stretch therapy as more than a tool for improving physical flexibility. For Morgan, it is also an opportunity to slow down, care for the body, release physical tension, and create space for overall well-being.

Whether someone is active in the gym, involved in sports or rodeo, works a physically demanding job, or simply wants to prioritize their own wellness, Morgan's goal is to provide individualized sessions designed to support better movement, recovery, relaxation, and mobility.

For Morgan, self-care is about giving your mind and body the same effort and attention you ask from them every day.

  • Sessions for athletes, sports participants, and rodeo competitors
